Finally an ergonomic kids handlebar
Bike accessories for kids: not an easy task, as you can do more wrong than right here. After 20 years of experience in ergonomics and bike accessories, we finally dared to develop bike handlebars for kids and launched a Kids Line in 2023. The kids handlebars offer the "little ones" all the ergonomic advantages that we have been practicing at SQlab for years.

Please note that, our SQlab kids handlebar 3½ is only compatible with grips for 19 mm bar ends diameter. The kids handlebar is therefore especially compatible with both our SQlab grips 7½ and SDG Jr. grips.
More products for the little ones
The Kids Line also includes matching Grips (7 ½) and saddles (6 ½) in three cool designs, that are specially made for smaller hands and sit bones. This makes the riding experience for children more comfortable and safe. Please note that the kids handlebar and grips are attuned to each other and only fully compatible with SDG products and our own Kids-Line.

The SQlab Kids Line is complemented by a matching cockpit to suit even the smallest riders. The 3 ½ handlebar is tapered outward to allow a smaller grip circumference, which is perfectly adapted to smaller hands and upper body.
The bike handlebar for kids also offers all the ergonomic advantages that have been successfully implemented at SQlab for many years: a reinforced backsweep for a straight transition from the forearm to the hand and an increased Rise for a more upright sitting position. Leading to more comfort and control off-road and in various everyday situations as well.
Our SQlab kids handlebar 3½ is only compatible with grips for 19 mm bar ends. These grips are compatible with our SQlab grips 7½ as well as with the SDG Jr. grips.
In cooperation with SDG we have developed our own Kids-Line. In doing so, we have worked intensively on the ergonomics of the products and incorporated our extensive know-how. An important aspect of our cooperation is the compatibility of our products, so that even the smallest ones have a diverse selection to choose from.
